How does the clothing fit?
All of our clothes are unisex sizing unless stated otherwise.
Please see size charts where available for measurements. We try to give tips for sizing when we can for each product!
My size is out of stock. What can I do?
At this time, we are carrying very limited amounts of each product. We will restock an item if there appears to be a lot of interest. Please select “Notify me when available” to request that we restock the item you are wanting!
Additionally, if we do not carry your size in our listing, please feel free to email us at hello@joyfulsunriseapparel.com and let us know what size you are looking for. We most likely can accommodate most sizes.
How long until I get my order?
We do our very best to have all orders shipped out within 2 business days. Often times you will find your order has been shipped same day! Woohoo! However, we are a small business, so on rare occasions may need 3-4 business days to complete packing and shipping.
All shipping is through USPS.
A tracking number will be emailed when your order is on its way.

What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@joyfulsunriseapparel.com. We will help you from there!
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No refunds will be given on initial shipping costs.
