How does the clothing fit?
All of our clothes are unisex sizing unless stated otherwise.
Our short sleeve t-shirts have a "retail fit"- this just means that they are slightly slim in the torso and arms. Women who want a more fitted style may choose to size down. For an oversized look, size up!
For sweatshirts (crewnecks and hoodies) we recommend sizing up for a super comfy, oversized fit.
How long until I get my order?
Once your order is placed, production will start. Most of our clothes are printed on demand, meaning our clothing is not printed until it is purchased. This is a more sustainable way to provide clothing, which limits overproduction, and allows us to have more style options for our customers. Our printing partner is super fast- with clothing usually being printed within 2 business days, and then it is shipped out to you! Our printing partner prints and ships right here in the Midwest part of the USA!
For inventory that we do keep on hand, we also do our very best to have all orders shipped out within 2 business days. Often times you will find your order has been shipped same day! Woohoo!
If you chose economy shipping at checkout, most orders will be delivered within 2-6 business days after being shipped.
If you chose 2 day shipping at checkout (for an increased shipping amount, and no free shipping), then your order will be delivered to you within 2 business days after production is completed. Please note that 2 day shipping cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
A tracking number will be emailed when your order is on it's way.
Please note that if your order contains a combination of print on demand and ready to ship items, it will be delivered in separate shipments. There is no additional shipping fee for the customer. If you are concerned that you did not get your full order, feel free to email us and we will check your order. It is likely that your order is coming from two different locations :)
**Coming soon** We will be making some limited edition and season items in our home office to be shipped or for local pick up. We anticipate these to be pre-order items only to keep prices affordable for everyone, and to minimize waste.

What is the return policy?
We know that it can be hard to shop online, so even though most of our products are made right when you order, we do still allow returns.
Please start by emailing us at hello@joyfulsunriseapparel.com and we will help you get a return started. We allow returns within 30 days of the order arriving to you, in new condition. You will be responsible for return shipping.
If for some reason your product arrives damaged, or otherwise not as expected, please let us know ASAP so we can make it right!
